Caring and compassionate, Dr Kumar is committed to creating positive experiences for every patient. Choosing dentistry as a career allowed him to combine his passion for helping people with his interest in healthcare, providing direct, impactful care.
Dr Kumar holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), an ADC qualification, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) in General Dental Practice. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Orthodontics and pursued his postgraduate studies at James Cook University (JCU), graduating in 2004.
Committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, Dr Kumar regularly participates in professional development and continuing education. For him, the most fulfilling part of his work is seeing happy, satisfied patients and collaborating with a supportive and skilled team.
When he’s not at the clinic, Dr Kumar enjoys spending quality time with his children and staying active through sports. His approachable demeanor and dedication make every patient feel valued and cared for.
