“VIP Experience” Comprehensive Examination, Cleaning & Dental Planning

couple smiling New patients can spend 40 minutes with their dentist undertaking a full examination of your teeth and gum health. We’ll take study models, and low impact digital x-rays of any areas of concern and answer any questions you have. We will undertake a series of tests using our latest technology to give you an accurate vision of where you are at.

Then together we’ll develop a treatment plan designed to help you achieve the treatment outcomes that are best for you. This is truly a VIP dental experience that you have not experienced before.

The introductory fee also includes a 30 to 40 minute visit with our hygienist for teeth cleaning (which will either be done on the same day, or on a subsequent visit).
This offer includes the services of consultation, Xrays, cleaning, fluoride treatment, study models and photographic records.

Many health fund members will find that when we swipe your card for this visit, there is little or no gap to pay. Includes Health Fund item codes 011 or 012 and 022, 071, 072, 073, 074, 114 and 121. Item 221 if used will also be no gap to pay.

“The Full Check” Full Check Up & Clean Package

family of three laying on grass smiling This visit combines an examination, x-rays, photographic records, cleaning and fluoride treatment. This appointment takes 40-60 mins, and will be with either one of our dentists, or with a hygienist.

For Health Fund members with dental extras, where your fund pays a benefit for the following item numbers, there is nothing for you to pay out of pocket.

Includes Health Fund item codes 011 or 012 and 022, 071, 072, 073, 074, 114 and 121.

This service is available to new and existing patients at any time. Simply quote that you would like “The Full Check” Full Check Up and Clean Package

Private Patients – Capped price $235
Health Fund Members with Dental Extras – Usually have NO out of pocket to pay

Insurance Information

For the above packages, if you have a health fund, we will swipe your card for you on the day of your visit. If you do not bring your health fund membership to the appointment, you will need to pay and claim back from the fund.

Check with your health fund that:

you have dental extras cover
you have passed your waiting periods
you have benefits available (ie you have not reached your annual limit)
that your level of membership qualifies for this offer

If you do not bring your health fund membership to the appointment, you will need to pay and claim back from the fund.

Medibank Private or HCF Members

As we are participating dentists with Medibank Private or HCF and you are on a qualifying level of cover, the health fund offers you a Free Check Up & Clean every 6 months (dental item codes 011 and 114). In addition we offer you no gap on the other preventative and diagnostic services (022 072 073 074 121).

Even if your level of cover does not include the free check up and clean, as long as you have dental benefits left for the year we arrange this service for you twice a year. Its part of our commitment to making sure that you get the best dental care, and reduce the need for painful, costly dental emergencies.

BUPA Members

We have 4 BUPA preferred dentists on hand to care for your needs, so you get the highest percentage back from your fund.
